Pending, confirmed, paid: what each cashback status means

What pending, confirmed and cancelled cashback mean, why confirmation takes time, and what happens when you ask for a withdrawal.

Pending

The store has reported your order and we have matched it to your click. Orders show up as pending usually within a few days of the purchase. Pending cashback is not yet yours to withdraw, because the store has not yet agreed to pay the commission behind it.

Confirmed

The store has accepted the order, and the cashback is now money we owe you. This happens once the retailer has paid us for your order, usually about three months. Confirmed cashback counts towards your withdrawable balance.

Cancelled

The store did not pay commission on the order. The usual reasons are a return, a cancellation, or the order breaking one of the store's rules, such as a coupon from another site. If cashback that was already confirmed is reversed later, it is deducted from your balance again. We never ask you to repay cashback that has already been paid out to you.

Withdrawing

Once your confirmed balance reaches ₹250, you can ask for a withdrawal to the UPI ID or bank account in your payout details. You can have one withdrawal open at a time. Allow a few working days for it to arrive.

A withdrawal is either paid, when the money has been sent, or rejected, for example when payout details are wrong. A rejected withdrawal goes back into your confirmed balance, so nothing is lost.

Why confirmation takes as long as it does

A store pays no commission on an order that is returned or cancelled, so it waits until returns are no longer possible before it confirms one. We only release cashback we have actually received, so we can always pay it - we would rather quote an honest three months than a hopeful one and miss it.
