Following your order on the Shopping activity page

Every visit from CashBharo to a store shows on your Shopping activity page, with what is true about it now and what to do if an order does not appear.

Every visit, in one place

Each time you tap Shop on CashBharo and go on to a store, the visit is listed on your Shopping activity page, newest first, with the store and the time you left us. Each visit then says what is true about it right now, so you can see at a glance whether there is anything for you to do.

What each visit can say

  • Order tracked. The store has reported an order from this visit. The cashback shows as pending, and it confirms once the store confirms the order.
  • Cashback confirmed. The store has confirmed the order, and the cashback counts towards your withdrawable balance.
  • Order cancelled. The store reported the order as cancelled or returned, so no cashback is due on it.
  • Waiting for the store. Nothing has been reported yet. The visit tells you from when you can raise a missing cashback claim if your order still has not appeared.
  • Not reported yet. That date has come. If you placed an order on this visit, raise a claim by the last day shown, with the "Claim this order" button on the visit itself.
  • No cashback here. The store pays no cashback through CashBharo, so there is nothing to track. Amazon and Flipkart pay no cashback through us, so their visits say this.

Stores that do not take claims

Some stores do not accept missing cashback claims. A visit to one of them says so, and shows no claim button, because an order from that visit cannot be chased. On those stores, it matters most that the order tracks the first time: start from CashBharo, and pay in the tab that opens. Why cashback sometimes does not track.

Raising a claim from a visit

The "Claim this order" button opens the claim form with the store and the date of the visit already filled in. Add your order number and the amount from your order confirmation, so the store's report can be found. You can follow every claim you have raised from the visit, or from your claims.

A visit is not an order

A visit only shows that you went to the store from CashBharo. Cashback is credited once the store reports an order, so a visit where you did not buy stays as it is. More on what each status means: pending, confirmed and paid.
