Why a big order deserves a minute
On a store that pays a percentage, a bigger order means more cashback, and it is also the order you would least want to go missing. A few checks before you pay make it far more likely to track.
Before you click through
- Check the store pays cashback. Stores marked deals only, including Amazon and Flipkart, pay no cashback through CashBharo. Their offers are for saving at checkout only.
- Read the store's cashback terms on its page. What you buy can change the rate, and some things earn nothing: on Myntra, for example, gold and silver coins and jewellery, gift cards and MynCash earn no cashback.
- Be signed in. A cashback store asks you to sign in before we send you on, so the order can be matched to your account.
While you shop
- Pay in the same visit. Click through from CashBharo and finish your order in the tab that opens. Some stores track only one order per visit, so for a second order, come back and click through again.
- Use the store's website where you can. Not every store tracks orders placed in its app: H&M, for one, says orders in its app are not tracked.
- Skip other coupon or cashback sites on the way. Visiting one after CashBharo can stop your cashback tracking.
After you pay
- Keep your order confirmation, with its order number and date. A missing cashback claim needs the order number.
- Look for it as pending in your account. If nothing has appeared within seven days, raise a missing cashback claim, within the window our Cashback Terms set.
- Know which stores take claims. Myntra and H&M do not accept missing cashback claims, so on those stores the checks above matter most.
