First, give it a little time
Stores report orders to their affiliate networks at their own pace, and an order usually shows as pending usually within a few days. If nothing has appeared within seven days, raise a claim.
The deadline
A claim must be raised within 90 days of the order date. After that the networks will not investigate it, so neither can we.
What to have ready
- The store you bought from.
- The order number, exactly as it appears on the store's confirmation email or order page.
- The order amount from that confirmation.
- The order date.
- Anything else that might help, such as how you paid, which coupon you used and where it came from, or whether you finished the order in the store's app.
Raising it
Open Raise a missing cashback claim. The stores you recently visited through CashBharo are listed first. We attach your most recent click on that store to the claim, because that click is usually the first thing a network checks.
Each order can be claimed once.
What happens next
We pass your claim to the store's affiliate network, and the store decides whether to pay commission on the order. Stores often take several weeks to answer, because claims wait in their queues, not ours. You can follow yours under Your claims, and we email you when there is an outcome.
If the store accepts it, we add the cashback to your confirmed balance.
Why a claim may be turned down
We can only claim for purchases that started with a click on CashBharo. Even then, a store may refuse a claim when, for example:
- you visited another coupon or cashback site before buying;
- you used a coupon code that did not come from CashBharo or the store itself;
- an ad blocker or private browsing stopped the tracking;
- you clicked through but finished the order in the store's app;
- the order took a long time to complete and the store's tracking expired;
- you paid with a gift card, wallet balance or another method the store excludes;
- the order was cancelled, edited or partly refunded.
The store's decision is final, and we cannot overturn it. How to make sure your cashback tracks covers each of these, so the next order goes through first time.
