Join or sign in with Google
The Join and Sign in pages now have a Continue with Google button. Choose your Google account, and you are signed in to CashBharo without making up a new password. Google tells us your name and your email address, and that the address is confirmed. Our Privacy Policy says what we receive and what we do with it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Already a member with the same email address? If you confirmed that address when you joined, Continue with Google signs you in to the same account. If you never confirmed it, set a new password from Forgot password: that confirms the address, and Continue with Google works after that. Until then, sign in with your password.
- Using two-step verification? Sign in with your password and code as before. Continue with Google does not skip that step, so it will not sign in an account that uses it.
- Joined with Google and want a password too? Set one from Forgot password. You need a password before you can turn on two-step verification.
Missing cashback claims, matched to the store's report
Now and then a store reports an order to us without the reference that links it to your visit from CashBharo, so the cashback cannot reach your account by itself. When you raise a missing cashback claim for that order, we can now link the store's report to your claim.
Your cashback then appears exactly as it would have for an order that tracked: pending until the store confirms the order, and following the store's decision from there. If the store later cancels the order, the cashback is cancelled with it. We email you when your claim is matched, and the claim shows as approved.
If cashback for an order you made through CashBharo has not appeared as pending on your Activity page, raise a missing cashback claim within the window our Cashback Terms set. Include the order number and the amount, so the store's report can be found.
Before you shop
- Start from CashBharo each time. Tap Shop on the store page, then shop in the tab that opens. Why cashback sometimes does not track.
- Check the store card first. A cashback label means the store pays cashback through us; "Deals & coupons" means it does not. Amazon and Flipkart pay no cashback through CashBharo. How to read a store card.
